This colourful woolen decorative is another means to ward off evil. A scene from the temple in Thimphu where devotees pray for the wellness of their new born. The deity of this temple is considered the guardian Budha of all children born in the valley and the new born is brought here to be 'christened' and each child is named Tandin!
